Take one picky eater, add impeccable attention to detail and unsurpassed expectations; toss in an entrepreneurial spirit, mix it with the dream of creating a gourmet submarine sandwich shop that emphasizes quality and taste, and voila, you get the SamwicH Factory!
Founder Sam Safiedine knew what he wanted and being in a suit all day wasn’t it. He wanted to open a fast and convenient place to eat that was delicious, made with the finest ingredients, but was still affordable and interesting. In August 2014 the Samwich Factory opened its doors in Detroit Michigan and has been a successful phenomenon ever since.
As it turns out, figuring out what people want isn’t all that hard: only use the freshest ingredients, make it quick, make it affordable, and keep it simple. We get it.
The Samwich Factory looks forward to expanding its enterprise by working with farmers dedicated to raising livestock and growing produce using respectful and sustainable means - humane and locally grown is our goal. We have a unique foodie-level consciousness that we know our customers appreciate. Moreover, we hope to expand our venture by giving opportunity to prospective SamwicH Factory owners with entrepreneurial drive that share the same passions and work ethic that we do.
